  2. Clearly you're interested in the special libations of Chile: so far, chirimoya tragos y terremotos. Given your affection for "Guys and Dolls", you also might want to see if Chileaños also serve what Sky would have ordered for Sarah if the book ahd been realistic. Don't ask for a dulce de leche (as Sky did) -- I believe that's a candy. A more typical Cuban cocktail of the 50s would be a doncellita, cold creme de cacao topped with heavy cream and a cocktail cherry. (This information comes from the Wall Street Journal's Saturday cocktial column and was inspired by the recent revival of G&D on Broadway. (The reviews have been poor.)

Given your interest in the special libations of Chile (so far chirimoya tragos y terremotos)and your affection for "Guys and Dolls," perhaps you'd like to see if Chileaños ever order what Sky would have offered Sarah in Havana had the book been more realistic.
